1
"I am unsure if Reiki is something for me, how do I know if learning Reiki is for me?"
Anyone can learn the simple yet effective practice of Reiki with ease.
Regardless of skill level, anyone interested in energy work, healing, or personal growth can enroll in a Reiki Level 1 course.
The only requirements are that you be prepared to commit some time and work to learning and using the strategies, as well as have an open mind.
Reiki can support you in growing and healing if you feel ready to do so.
2
"Is Reiki a religion?"
Reiki, developed by Buddhist Mikao Usui, is a spiritual practice that is not affiliated with any particular religion and is open to practitioners all faiths.
3
"Are online Reiki trainings / attunements as effective as in person ones?"
Reiki has the ability to transcend space and time, making attunements performed remotely just as effective as those done in person.
4
"Is your training qualifying me to be a Reiki practitioner?"
The responsibility of ensuring that Reiki is taught in a meaningful and trustworthy way lies with the Reiki teachers and community, as there is no official institution monitoring them. Therefore, it is crucial to choose a Reiki teacher that you feel aligned with. After completing level 1 with your chosen teacher, you will have the basics to give Reiki to others. However, to offer Reiki as a paid therapeutic practice, it is recommended to complete level 2 training, which provides the necessary tools and treatment methods.
