​REIKI TREATMENTS

CLIENT AGREEMENT

​

By booking a Reiki treatment, you, the client understand and agree that:

​

1. The services provided by Leonie at "Peace in me" are intended to enhance self-awareness, relaxation and increased communication within your body.​

​

2. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications.​

​

3. Diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. ​

4. Under no circumstances should prescribed medical treatment (including medication) be halted without your medical professional's consent.​

​

5. It is not possible to guarantee the outcome of any course of treatment.​

​

6. Any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion.​

​

7. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for participation in this treatment and for any injuries or damages which you might incur, including without limitation, traveling to or from and entering or leaving the premises at which the treatment is taking place and making use of its facilities.​

​

8. Your participation is voluntary and you may choose to end it at any time.​

​

9. You may experience ‘healing reactions’ during the 24 to 48 hours following the services provided.​

​

10. Any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without your written permission.

​

11. You give Leonie consent to use your case history and results without using your name.​

​

12. Leonie will be the only person to have access to the information in your file. ​

​

13. You will not sue or bring any legal claim, proceeding or action against Leonie or "Peace in me".

PAYMENTS

​

Full payment must be made before a treatment commences, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are to be made via Wise, Paypal or bank transfer. Accepted currencies include USD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP and IDR.

​

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​

As a small business, every cancellation has a significant financial and energetic impact. For this reason, refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend a treatment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice and arrangements will be made to re-schedule your booking. It is also possible to pass your booking onto another person upon agreement.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY US

​

Sometimes last minute schedule changes or cancellations, due to unforeseen circumstances, may occur. In the event of this you will be notified immediately by email and/or phone and offered a reschedule date or given a full refund. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of cancellation, via the same method as the original payment was received.
